Description of the training
The training course entitled “Ownership of Intellectual Property within the Company” provides an in-depth analysis, combining both theoretical and practical perspectives, of the legal issues related to the ownership of intellectual property rights—trademarks, patents, works and creations, know-how—covering the company’s intangible assets.
It examines the rules governing the allocation and attribution of these rights between the company and its contributors (employees or non-employees, interns, service providers, etc.), as well as with its business partners.
