• Introduction : the history of the regulatory framework of Artificial Intelligence 
• Definitions of concepts: AI system, general-purpose AI model, generative AI 
• Presentation of issues around AI and its deployment  

Presentation of risks associated with using an AI system (30 min):  

• Lack of reliability, opacity, increased security risk.  

AI Act – First AI regulation (2 hours):  

• Presentation of the main aspects of RIA (Transversality, issues, risk-based approach, penalties, control authorities) 
• Presentation of obligations according to actors (supplier, deployer, importer, distributor) and the risk level of the AI system considered 
• Presentation of obligations of general-purpose AI model suppliers 
• Presentation of guidelines and codes of conduct 
• Questions / Answers (15min)  

Afternoon   

AI & Personal Data (2 hours 30):   

• Problematic 
• What does the AI Act say? 
• What does CNIL say? Overview of guidelines 
• Qualification of input data (training, test, and validation data) and output data

AI & Intellectual Property and confidentiality obligations (1 hour 30):  

• Problematic 
• The rights concerned: regimes and exceptions (Copyright, database producer rights, image rights / trade secrets, ...)

• Questions / Answers (15 min)
