Part 1 (morning) 

• Definitions and review of existing frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe) 
  
• Diagnosis of the situation through 8 difficulties regularly encountered in business 
• Based on this observation, reflection on the challenges posed by enterprise architecture according to 4 main themes: vision, business value, organization, and transformation
• The systemic approach: the spearhead of our discipline, the key idea being to always return to the why of things 
  
• Presentation of a holistic meta-model concept, which guides us in architectural work
  

Part 2 (afternoon)   

• End of this first day with the Enterprise Architect's toolbox  
• Study of urbanization articulations 
  
• Presentation of roles involved in projects, with an activity distribution
• Agility and Enterprise Architecture: a highly experienced subject in organizations, here it is about confronting these two practices to understand their complementarity

Morning 

• Enterprise Architect tools: review of modeling tools 
  
• Focus on business modeling: a subject that raises the most questions and promotion of the use of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), the ideal grammar for representing processes 
  
• End of training: first steps to take in your organization
  

Afternoon

• Workshops to apply the enterprise architecture approach to a practical case

All training sessions are adaptable to your needs. They can therefore be either in-person or remote according to your request. However, we do not conduct hybrid format training, so in-person inter-company training at our premises is not accessible remotely.
