Abstract

In this study we surveyed nearly 10,000 people across 26 territories about their consumption habits. Initial findings showed that with 76% of respondents reporting at least partial vaccination, consumers plan to spend more. They also see improvements in their lifestyles due to new ways of working. Of course, some things never change: when it comes to shopping, price and convenience remain the most important, even as other factors, such as sustainability, are increasingly on consumers' minds.
