If you choose to host the data at PwC, it will be stored on our server based in the European Union. Otherwise, your data will be stored on your servers.
How does the data collection work?

Users import data directly into Smart Business Insights Suite. In Smart Survey, data is automatically dumped into the tool from questionnaire responses.

What types of questionnaires can be conducted?
All types of questionnaires can be considered: for example, multiple choice questions, with the possibility of quantifying the answers. However, we recommend avoiding open-ended questions.
What is the level of autonomy in the deployment and use of the solution?
Smart Business Insight Suite is a SAS solution that can be hosted either in the PwC Switzerland Azure Cloud or on your servers. This solution is offered as an annual subscription.
